This policy outlines the terms under which all components and workmanship of the Superfun F2 are guaranteed for 30 to 365 days from the date the original owner receives the product, as evidenced by a receipt or invoice.

All warranty claims must be made within the warranty period. If the product is under warranty, defective parts will be replaced. If a full replacement is necessary, an exchange will be made with valid proof of purchase. Customers have a maximum of 30 days to review the product and request an exchange.

1. Warranty Claims

If you believe your bike has a warranty issue, contact the official website or online retailer where you purchased your bike. Proof of purchase and photos or videos of the damaged product are required. Before making a claim, we suggest contacting us at support@superfunebike.com for a proper solution. Valid claims will be processed through Superfun for one year from the original purchase date.

Superfun will not ship parts without reviewing photos or videos of the damage. Customers must provide evidence via email. Free replacement parts are provided, but customers must pay for shipping. We do not cover labor costs for repairs.

2. Shipping Damage Claims

If the product is damaged during shipping, contact support@superfunebike.com with photos or videos. Free accessories are not covered for scratches during transportation. Shipping damage claims are accepted within seven days of receiving the E-bike.

3. Terms

To validate the guarantee, customers must present proof of purchase, either a receipt or an activated warranty card emailed to Superfun. The product should be presented at the purchase store under a warranty claim, where the store will follow its procedures.

Repairs will take no more than 30 days from receipt at the authorized service center. If the product is not covered, the customer will be notified and responsible for repair and shipping costs.


4. Warranty Exclusions

4.1 Frame:

Superfun may use scratch-and-dent stock for frame replacements. Frame issues not covered include:
  • Corrosion
  • Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
  • Impact damage
  • Non-reversible modifications (drilling/welding)
  • Chain-guard mounts

4.2 Battery:

The battery has a 1-year limited warranty. Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost within the first year. The warranty period for repaired/replaced batteries remains unchanged based on the original purchase date. No cash reimbursements. Exclusions include:

  • Damage from accident, misuse, abnormal use, or improper storage
  • Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage unless caused by Superfun
  • Products with removed, defaced, damaged, or altered serial numbers or barcodes
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage from non-Superfun accessories or improper assembly
  • External causes like collision, fire, flooding, weather, theft, or improper electrical use
  • Use or purchase outside the United States

4.3 Parts & Components:

Original parts & components have a 1-year limited warranty. Damage from normal wear and tear or caused by the user is not covered. Parts not covered include:
  • Brake pads, rotors, spokes, tires/tubes, chains, chainrings, cassettes, crank sets
  • Corrosion on electrical components
  • Surface finish or cosmetic appearance

4.4 Labor Charges:

Exclusions for labor charges include:
  • Damage from accident, misuse, or abnormal use
  • Cosmetic damage not caused by Superfun
  • Altered or illegible serial numbers or barcodes
  • Damage from non-Superfun accessories or improper assembly
  • External causes like collision, fire, flooding, weather, or improper electrical use
  • Use or purchase outside the United States

5. Limited Liability

Superfun will never be responsible for an amount greater than the purchase price of the product and will not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
