SuperFun Warranty And Policy on Replacement Procedures

(All free accessories are not covered by warranty service.)

    eBikes and eScooter Warranty Coverage

    The 12-month warranty starts from the moment the initial owner receives the product.

    Note:

    1. All complimentary accessories are not covered by warranty service.
    2. Limited warranty applies to all consumable parts.
    3. Man-made damage is not covered by warranty

    All quality-related defects of products sold directly by SuperFun or SuperFun authorized distributors are covered under warranty.

    Please include the following details to speed up the warranty process:
    1.Proof of purchase (Order Number)
    2.Photos or videos of the damaged product are required with any warranty request.

    Note that Superfun will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product.

    Warranty claims will be processed by Superfun typically within 1-2 business days.

    We will only provide free replacement parts( Customers need to be charged for shipping). We do not reimburse any labor costs incurred by the repair service.

    In case of shipping damage,please immediately contact Email:support@superfunebike.com.

    Because Superfun will not accept any Shipping Damage Claims after 7 days from receipt products.

    The new owner can enjoy the existing warranty only if the following conditions are met:

    1.The 12-month warranty period hasn't already expired

    2.You have the initial owner’s name and the initial order number.

    Please make sure that you give / receive this information when dealing with second-hand Superfun bikes or scooters.

    This is one of the service policies offered by the Superfun brand. If you find that the actual purchase price of the product you bought is higher than the actual selling price of the same SuperFun product in other North American sales channels, you can apply for a price match.

    Customers can apply for price protection within 30 days of placing an order on Superfun. After review by our customer service team, we will refund the difference.

    Please include the following information in your email: your Order Number, the URL link to the discount page on the other channel, a screenshot of the discount, the actual price, etc. Please provide as much information as possible.

    Accessories Warranty Coverage and Limitations

    SuperFun Ebike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 1 year.

    Coverage:
    1.The warranty of Bike Frames covers a replacement frame only.
    2.The labor fees are not included in the warranty.
    3.Replacement must be done by an engineer authorized by Superfun.
    4.Styles of frames or colors not in stock or otherwise not available,may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Superfun.
    5.Superfun reserves the right to use used frames under this warranty.

    Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
    1.Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
    2.Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
    3.Paint fade, scratches, impact marks Impact damage
    4.Corrosion

    Superfun batteries are covered by a 6-month prorated warranty.

    Batteries must be assessed and found defective only by Superfun.

    During 6-months of service – Defective batteries will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains the same based on the original purchase date.

    After the first 6-months of service new batteries will receive a prorated credit based on months of service. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 6-month warranty from the pro-rated purchase date.

    This limited warranty does not cover defects or damage if:
    1.Caused by the use of a battery charger not intended or appropriate for use with the Superfun Battery.
    2.Battery seals are broken or there is other evidence of tampering
    3.Battery has been used in equipment other than the Bike that it came with.

    Other Original Superfun parts & components are covered by a limited warranty.

    This Limited Warranty does not cover:
    1.Ordinary wear and tear not caused by manufacturing or material defects. Wear and tear are assessed by Superfun. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to: Brake Pads, Rotors, Spokes, Tires, Tubes, Chains, Chain Rings, Cassettes, Cranks, Frame, Forks, Handlebar, Seat post, Saddle, Brakes, Lights, Pedals, Rims, Wheel hub, Freewheel, Cassette, Derailleur, Shifter, Motor, Throttle, Controller, Wiring harness, LCD, Kickstand, Reflectors, and other hardware.
    2.Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc)
    3.Damage or deterioration of appearance or aesthetics of the product.
    4.Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Superfun.
    5.Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
    6.In Cases deemed proper by Superfun, the customer bears the freight of replacement parts and components.
    7.Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the product), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electromechanical or other electrical stress.
    8.Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as natural disasters, fires, floods, storms, lightning, earthquakes, or harsh weather conditions.
    9.Defects damage or loss of property caused thefts, blown fuses, or any improper use of any electric outlets.
    10.Products that have the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
    11.Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not provided or approved by Superfun with the product in case.
    12.Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a way that does not comply with Assembly Instructions and Owners Manual.
    13.Products purchased or taken outside the United States.
